I have an Elite Crono Rolling Road Bike Trainer
I used this to keep fit 'indoors' - you simply use your own bike and fix the back wheel to the trainer and the front wheel sits in the separate type holder.
Can keep fit while watching television!
Can use in any room, handy if you are unable to or don't want to be cycling around the streets - can build up stamina from the comfort of your home.
I paid £149 for this and it is in excellent condition.
