Fully restored bike built by Doug Hartley, his shop used to be in Hale Cheshire. It has taken nearly 50 hours to get it back to superb condition, using as many original parts as possible, some new parts were used which have improved the overall rideability, eg alloy wheels, puncture resistant tyres etc. . Frame is a 531 Reynolds - 54 cm.
